Rahim Qorbani said foreign investors who want to use the fund’s facilities independently and without the participation of domestic investors should apply for permission from the parliament.

The Public Relations of the INDF quoted Qorbani as saying that support will be given even to “those who want to use Iranian goods and services abroad” in a move to encourage exports.
